- You will then complete the Rescue training to acquire the skills and knowledge to recognize and manage stress, prevent accidents and respond appropriately to diving emergencies.
During this training, you will gain confidence in your diving techniques, gain ease and autonomy under water !

OVERVIEW
This first aid training helps you build your confidence as a non-professional rescuer and teaches you how to respond to medical emergencies. You will see the basics of first aid and will do practical training.
This emergency training program, consisting of the following basic components: Primary Assessment, First Aid & CPR Skills, Primary Stabilization Techniques, and includes two optional components: Oxygen Administration in Diving Emergencies and Automated External Defibrilation Basics.

OVERVIEW
Stress is one of the main causes of diving accidents, this training help you to acquire the skills and knowledge to recognize and manage stress, prevent accidents and respond appropriately to diving emergencies.
You will see the basics with your instructor, then perform 2 training dives in different emergency situations, then perform 3 dives to apply the various techniques learned beforehand.
During this training, you will gain confidence in your diving techniques !

SAFETY & HEALTH
In accordance with the safety rules, we'll ask you to complete this medical statement before the Scuba Diver course.
If you answer YES to one or more questions, you'll need to provide a proper medical certificate.
Medical Statement :

If you already hold a First Aid Certificate and have validated it within 2 years, you will be able to start directly with Part 2 Diver Stress & Rescue (You’ll just have to show us proof of your first aid certificate).
Otherwise you’ll have to start with Part 1 First Aid.
